Bengaluru, Jan 28: Aspirant MLAs, who were waiting for the state cabinet eagerly, have to wait for some more time as chief minister B S Yediyurappa has suddenly made a U-turn and has said that the exercise will not take place in the month of January.

Yediyurappa, who held discussions with B L Santhosh a few days back, had made a final list after taking into account all the points. However, with this backtracking, there is a possibility that the cabinet extension might take place on the first week of February.

It was said that this time around B S Yediyurappa will not go to Delhi to get nod before the cabinet extension. However, this is proved to be wrong. Yediyurappa is making all preparations to go to Delhi.

Yediyurappa has cancelled all his itinerary and will be flying to Delhi on January 30 and hold discussions with new BJP national president J P Nadda on January 31. If the high commands gives the go ahead, then the state cabinet my get the much-awaited extension in the first week of February.

If the high command does not agree for the proposal of B S Yediyurappa, then the circus will continue till the end of Delhi assembly elections. The answer for these questions will be got only after January 31, when CM will fly to Delhi and hold discussions with J P Nadda.
