Bengaluru: Assembly speaker accused of making Siddaramaiah wait for car, staff

Mangaluru, Dec 31: It is alleged that state assembly speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, has kept former chief minister and leader of the opposition in the assembly Siddaramaiah, waiting for car and personal staff for which he is eligible.

It has been three months since Siddaramaiah was officially elected as the leader of the opposition. On October 10, he had written to the assembly secretary to sanction him government car to move around and three drivers. It is said that he has not received any response to this letter so far.
