Kundapur, Dec 8: The second additional civil and JMFC court of Kundapur has ordered the Brahmavar police to register a case and conduct investigation against three people, including special Tahsildar of Brahmavar on the accusation of trespassing a private property, assault and threat to life.

Gulabi Shedti has got an immovable property at Hosala village of Barkur. She has built a house on the said land and is living in the same. However, on November 27, the village accountant of Hosala, revenue officer of Kota Hobali and special Tahsildar of Brahmavar entered her property, violating the court order, destroyed the fence and physically assaulted Gulabi.

Though Gulabi gave a written complaint to the Brahmavar police in this regard, they did not register a case. So Gulabi knocked on the doors of the court and the court has ordered to register a case against the offenders.

Handakunda Ashoka Shetty had argued in favour of complainant Gulabi.
