Bengaluru: Money laundering case - Four seek cancellation of ED summons

Bengaluru, Nov 2: Four persons have approached Delhi high court, seeking to cancel the summons issued to them by the enforcement directorate (ED) to present themselves for investigation.

Hanumanthappa, employee of Karnataka Bhavan New Delhi, as well as K V Laxman, Meenakshi, and Jayasheela were asked to appear before the enforcement directorate for questioning in a case of money laundering registered with the directorate.

The bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Brijeshi Sethi accepted the petitions. It said that it will hear the petition on November 4.
