Udupi: No need of bond for celebration of Ganeshotsava in public – Mattar Ratnaker Hegde

Udupi, Aug 31: “Ganeshotsava is being celebrated in many places in Udupi district. Police stations were asked to provide a bond for the celebrations in the past. There is no need of a bond this time. The matter has been brought to the notice of the chief minister during his recent visit. The festival and procession should be conducted avoiding embarrassment to people and police,” said Udupi district BJP president Mattar Ratnaker Hegde in a press release.

Mattar Ratnaker Hegde conveyed his best wishes on Gauri Ganesh festival.
