Mangalore: Popular Artiste Prakash Kadri (52) Breathes his Last

Mangalore, Jun 5: Prakash Kadri (52), an employee of New Mangalore Port Trust,  religious and cultural organizer and theatre artiste,  passed away on Thursday June 4 after a brief illness in a private hospital in the city.

Kadri had been actively involved with the activities of several organizations and institutions. He was a resident of Kadri area and was known for his skills and service-mindedness. He had won several awards and recognitions including Aryabhata Award, Samaja Seva Saurabha honour, Bangalore Kempegowda Fine Arts Academy award etc.

Dakshina Kannada district in-charge minister J Krishna Palemar, district Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Pradip Kumar Kalkura, Hind Mazoor Sabha leader Sureshchandra Shetty, entrepreneur Swarna Kunder, Shivanand Karkera and many others have condoled the death of this popular personality.

    Shocked to hear the sad news. Prakashanna was a kind hearted and a simple person. ver sad news and God''s wishes are not different. I pray for Pakashanna''s soul to rest in peace.
