Udupi, Jun 29: BJP leaders and MP on Saturday, June 29 complained to the DC and SP that cattle thefts are occurring widely in the coast and the government instead of arresting cattle thieves is registering false cases against cattle protectors and suppressing Hindu organization activists.

They urged to install CC cameras in all the junctions in the district and the commissioner and urged DCC level police officials should watch it. They also urged to close illegal slaughterhouses in the district immediately.
