Bengaluru, May 24: "I have 40 years of experience in politics. So all my predictions till now have turned out to be true," said state BJP president B S Yeddyurappa.
Yeddyurappa was speaking to the press in the city on Friday, May 24.
“I have travelled the whole of Karnataka state during my four decades of stint in politics. I have predicted everything on the basis of that experience. And everything what I said has happened,” he added.
"I will not say anything with regards to the polarization of politics. I am going to Delhi on May 29. The next political move in the state will be decided after that. It will be decided after holding discussions with the national leaders of the party," Yeddyurappa said.
Responding to the victory of independent candidate Sumalatha Ambareesh who secured victory in the Mandya Lok Sabha constituency, Yeddyurappa said, "If Sumalatha wants to join BJP, she is welcome. But we are not going to ask her to join our party."
