Goa: Man booked for sexually assaulting twin girls

Mapusa, May 7: Pernem police arrested a 34 year old man for allegedly sexually assaulting five-year-old twin sisters.

As reported in TOI the sources said the crime was reported 15 days back and the accused is the neighbour of the victims and a driver by profession.

The girls’ mother registered a complaint with the Pernem police when they complained about pain in their private parts and narrated the incident to her. The police arrested the accused to get more details and the minor girls have been sent to Goa Medical College for detailed medical checkup.

More details about the victim and accused are not yet disclosed by the police.
