Udupi: MLA Raghupati Bhat inspects spot where Suvarna Tribhuja boat went missing

Udupi, Apr 29: Even though four months have passed after seven fishermen aboard fishing boat Suvarna Tribhuja went missing, not one clue has been obtained.

On Monday, Udupi MLA Raghupati Bhat along with the family members of the missing fishermen inspected the spot in the sea from where the boat was reported missing.

MP Shobha Karandlaje and MLA Raghupathi Bhat had met union minister of defense Nirmala Sitharaman and held discussions over the matter. Later, Nirmala Sitharaman had visited the residences of missing fishermen in Udupi and pacified their families assuring that the union government will extend all support to find the fishermen.

The families had requested the minister for an opportunity to go to the sea by boat so that they can inspect the spot from where the boat went missing. Therefore, the families and the Indian army officials set out on the expedition under the leadership of MLA K Raghupathi Bhat at 4 am on Monday morning.

    Most probably the shipping boat was hit and sunk by a larger ship, a fact which is being hidden now.

    Hi troubled sand workers... Now doing drama himself ..every one search done... Locally... Now drama required... We need to use technology and trace them... Now drama not required.... God punish this type people for playing sentiment with innocent people..
