Mangalore, Mar 30: Aloysius Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), St Aloysius College, Mangalore will be organizing “Milan-09” Rural Fair at St Aloysius College Auditorium, Mangalore on April 2 and 3.
Milan-’09 is a platform for rural artisans to showcase their products to urban consumers. It is a gateway of rural artisans to the urban consumers or corporate in and around Mangalore, thus providing an opportunity to exhibit their skills through their products and also market their products. The purpose of this fair is also to promote the rural artisans.
H V Manjunath, director, Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, will be the Chief Guest for the inaugural event.
Some of the various participants who would be participating in this fair are Namma Angadi, Pilikula Nisargadama society, Shree Dharmastala Gramaabhivriddhi society, local Self Help Groups/rural artisans, etc.
