Bengaluru, Apr 17: Former personal assistant of BJP leader, K S Eshwarappa and expelled BJP member, N S Vinay, who had earlier accused Yeddyurappa's personal assistant, N R Santosh, of trying to abduct him, offered to hand over a diary said to belong to Yeddyurappa to the city police commissioner.
Vinay met the city police commissioner on Tuesday April 16 and discussed about handing over diary, CD and other documents said to contain details about Yeddyurappa's involvement with certain activities, to the police.

Although he showed interest to hand over the diary personally to the police commissioner, the commissioner advised him to hand it over to the previous investigating officer in the case, assistant commissioner of police, Malleshwaram sub-division, and also record his statement there.
