Sullia: Illegal sale of beef - one arrested, two escape

Sullia, Apr 10: One person has been arrested for illegally selling beef at his residence at Aranthodu here on Tuesday, April 9.

The arrested person is identified as Shamshuddin. Two other accused Muneer and Mubarak managed to escape from the spot.

Based on credible information, Sullia police conducted the raid and arrested the accused for selling beef without permission.

Police have seized 10 kgs and 400 grams of cattle meat, weighing machine and knives from the accused.

Sullia police have registered a case in this regard.

    Selling 10.kg beef has become crime than thousands tonnes of export. Who knows exported meat is legal or illegal. These poor people are deprived from Modi's Achedin.

    India is the only country in the world where the government monitors what people should eat and should not eat. Even in gulf countries like UAE, Bahrain and Qatar sale and consumption of pork is perfectly legal. Alcohol too is legal in those countries. It is ridiculous that we Indians call ourselves progressive, secular democracy.

    If beef sold openly without any trouble this kind of illegal selling won't happen...who ever eats let them eat they pay for it... same like they pay for chicken and mutton...? when requirement of eaters are more this will be common...govt are only helping to export business ...????

    One ex SC judge, who is a Hindu said, cow is an animal just like a horse and dog and he eats cow meat in Goa, a BJP ruled state. There is no comment from any Hindu. Largest cow slaughterhouse in the world is in Hyderabad, no Hindu is bothered. Though cow slaughter is allowed in Karnataka, to satisfy the RSS, VHP and Senas, the police are catching, which is in international news. What 80 crores Hindus have to say about largest cow slaughterhouse owned by Al-Khabeer, which is managed by Hindus ?

    I don’t know what’s wrong with this people . yesterday I read in news some nonsense people are giving to eat pork for one age of 68 . it’s really makes upset . most of the animals milk we can drink (Example Like . Goat, Camel buffalo ect. Why the cow is only believe has a ghov matha ?? for me the cow is same animal like other animal .

    Ask your filphino friend in what context are they associated with beef. There favourite food is dog and cat..which they love to eat during festive season like easter and x'mas. Yummy food for them.

    May be, your Kabayan friend dint read the Word "Illegal". Just because you hate Modi, dont let our country down. As Indian , you should explain him, PAREEE its Illegal to slaughter and Sell meat in your backyard unless you have a licences to do that Business. Also it is doubly illegal if its of stolen Cattle. Tell him this is law as per IPC ( even though most of us dont follow it). We dont know how it works in Philipines.
    Its not about 10 kg or 5 kg meat. Its how you got it.

    Am sure if he has some education( social not only religious) he will understand.

    Dear SB, if bjp have the guts, let them seal beef exporting factories running business from Gujrat. Why these factries are allowed to export cattle meet. Are they not slaughtering cattles for beef and get the meat from sky. You are trying to be saint. In kerala, Goa , Tamil Nadu and Bangal many Hindus eat beef. If you are so care about beef, go and set fire beef export factories in Gujarat who are exporting tens of thousand of tons of beef on daily basis and india has become number one countriy in the world to export beef. Instead of this you name sake indians harass poors who sell meat for their daily livelihood. Shame on you and sahme for your partiality. Sanghis can export beef and its legal for them. But for poors they can not sell 5 kgs of meat. You are doing drame only and trying to terrify minorities in the name of beef. So called cow rakshaks are doing this business just to make money. They catch the animals and rob the seller and next they sell the animal. this has become their routine job as they are jobless and our PM has instructed to stand n their own legs.

    This is why education is important. ( Social not religious). Just by changing name one cant come out of Puncture or Gujiri mindset.

    Please put the word " Illegal" ( without permission, stolen , disease affected, un hygiene etc etc), before every BEEF word you mentioned in your essay and ask any indian who understands English ( not your puncture gang) and ask them if they agree with it..     He was selling cattle (Buffalo) meat illegally and not Beef (Cow meat).
    For all such illegal slaughtering and selling meat he needs to be charged and punished appropriately.
    There are chances that the cattle which is slaughtered was medically unfit and such action would put consumers of the meat in grave danger.

    My friend. I am not William Sheksphere. But a small correction. All cattle Meat is including bull & ox are called "BEEF". BEEF is used for some other slang also, lets not discuss that here.

    Yes, here, it is written cattle meat and by cattle meat, my understanding is, meat of cow, bull or bullock. Meat of buffalo is not cattle meat. Beef means both cattle and buffalo meat.

    We wont allow beef politics last long only till election. It will continue until we stop all individuals to eat beef. We bring revolution in it after 2019 victory. Export of beef which started by congress will be curtailed from time to time. Phirse humhare dharthi matha mein doodh ka ganga bahengee..
