Bengaluru, Apr 10: Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy came down heavily on PM Modi for the latter's statement that two defeated parties were ruling the state.

Reacting to PM Modi's statement sharply, Kumaraswamy on Tuesday said that the BJP did not get majority. "Has the BJP won majority in state? Have farmer loans not waived? Despite knowing our work, PM Modi is roaming around spreading lies about us one after the other. I am alive in Karnataka. I am an Indian. I do not need any lesson on patriotism from PM Modi," CM hit back.

PM Modi criticised HD Kumaraswamy's response to the Balakot airstrikes while campaigning in Chitradurga on Tuesday, and asked if the chief minister's vote bank was in India or Pakistan.

"I urge you all to become Chowkidars to protect the country from enemies like the Congress. Beware of voting for the Congress or the Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S) if you want a strong (majboot) government than a helpless (majboor) government at the Centre," Modi had told.

    Being a claimant for title of super nationalist; as an act of patriotism, its your duty to make the lies of a person open to the public. So please release a book.

    You fooled the public by promising 15 lakhs in each person's account. Nobody had begged for that. Its your party which cheated by hurting the feelings of poor people. It shows the mentality of your people when your people always respond as if you are donating 15 lakhs from your own pocket to the poor people. You have broken your promise and you are foul mouthing about the common man.

    Bringing back black money from was the main point of the Bjp manifsto when BJp was in opposition and UPA was ruling. Now the current BJp manifesto has no mention of Black money at all. This reveals the cheap politics of BJp and its feku masters.

    I used get highest marks in Hindi. So i dont agree that i dont understand Hindi.

    Mr. Modi said that Congress has deposited so much of black money abroad. And when I come to power, I will bring all that black money back to India; it will be so much of money that it will be so sufficient that each person will get 15-20 lakhs like that only. This is the exact translation.

    And later Amit Shah himself accepted that it was just a jumla.


    Mr. Modi as other politicians is an expert in playing with words and fooling public.

    We neither begged for 15 lakhs nor for reservations.

    Its the poor people whose feelings are hurt by the promise of 15 lakhs; as these poor people believed you since bringing back the black money was prominent point in the Bjp manifesto back then in 2014 before coming to power.

    But answer me, why the promise of bringing back black money from abroad is not in the manifesto of 56 inch leader's manifesto? If you cannot do that , why you people were making fun of Congress in 2014 for its failure to do so?

    Ask Anna Hazare also why is he not protesting now against corruption. All the allegedly BJp backed protests are aimed at Congress only?
