Mangalore, March 1: “If the deputy commissioner (DC) issues me a show cause notice, then I will go to court with 10,000 members of my party thereby exposing the true colours of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government”, said Pramod Muthlik, leader, Sri Rama Sena.

“The BJP, the reigning party in the state, is following in the steps of the Congress party by making ruling the state its only concern. It has sidelined Hindutva”, he said addressing a press meet here on Sunday March 1.

He compared the government’s action to rivalry, answering a question related to the issuance of a show cause notice by the DC of the district. “I have not received it, if I get it, I will face it. So far I have gone to court alone but this will change after the issuance of the notice”, he said.

Muthalik termed Dr Acharya’s statement that the Sri Rama Sena is an organization involved in collecting ‘hafta’, an irresponsible one. He said that the home minister had been asked to prove it.

Referring to talks of a ban on the Sena, Muthalik said that it would mean a ban on Hindus. He said that they would never allow the government to ban their organization and would protest should such a proposal be put forth.

Talking about L K Advani’s statement condemning the pub attack in Mangalore, Muthalik said that the BJP leader had only termed the attack wrong unlike Sushma Swaraj. He accused Swaraj of supporting pub culture and said his organization did not agree with her statement on the matter.

Muthalik set Sunday March 15 as the date by which the roof of the ‘Datta Peeta’ is to be repaired. He said that failure to do so will prompt the Sri Rama Sena to undertake ‘kar seva’ to carry out the same.

The Sena chief also said that the ‘Datta  Paduke’(footwear) which  is now in the DC office, should be installed in the Datta  Peeta  by that date. Referring to the court orders he said that if worship is not allowed at least the opportunity to see the Paduke must be given to devotees.

“The Rama Sena is not political, but we will decide which party or candidate we will support. We will make a 12-point agenda and we will put forth that agenda before the candidate. If he agrees to these 12 points, we will support him, irrespective of the party he belongs to. The 12 points will deal with Hindutva and issues such as protection of cows, Rama Mandir, and the like”, he said.

He said that they needed a person who would raise questions in Parliament  on the cow issue.

Time for all peace loving Mangaloreans to join and retaliate with all might to literally see these goons are thrown out of the DK district. This should include politicians , religious leaders, govt. officials and police who support such elements. Mangaloreans can and will bring this party spoilers to their knees.

It is so surprising that such things are happening in M'lore. The so called Ram sene people came and beat up the girls, and damaged the reputation of a well kept and managed pub and now looks like they are given all the freedom to do whatever they want.

We are in a democratic country and everyone has the right to live however they ant as long as they are not harming any other person. How can government not do anything about such instances. Why the public canot do anything about this.

We are humans first and then comes the religion.if this continues, we won't be able to talk to our neighbours /freinds. I will only have my religoin friends if they are morally bad. Great isn't it, our frth coming gensartion will have good morals. Cheers.

Mutalik, you & your supporters will have a good harvest if you go to Bombay for your activity. You will get plenty of pubs run by DK people. You will never come back to Mangalore and you will become a hIstory. This will be your best gift to Mangalore -the city of educational institution and land of intellectuals.

Mr. Muthalik, you are digging your own grave anyway and you will dig your sympathisers BJP's grave also !!? You have been doing this since your existence and now it has become public and see the result !!!!! If you think Majority of Hindus in India are supporting your way of implementing Hindutva your party will not exist in the future.

Better change your ways man for your benefit and also for the benefit of whole notion !!!! It is better for you go out of Mangalore to the forest and teach the monkey's your way of Hindu culture !!!! I am sure those monkey's also reject your way.

Guys I think its time we start a new SENE called the MANGALORE SENE to oust such pests of the society. We should give him the reply with his own type of reply. Imagine a goon trying to take Mangalore to ransome with a mere 10000 goons of his, then imagine with the type of population Mangalore is having, or with the support he is generating against him it should not be a big issue to remove him from the society.

My God what is happening? This monster is out to create trouble wherever he goes. Mangaloreans shed your religious differences and unite to fight this 'common enemy' together. He and his gang have no place in a democratic country like ours. Let him with his insane members fight the taliban and may this fight lead to the death of these two sick elements from this world!

Friends, please do not listen to Muthalik he is a real terrorist. There is no religion in this world everything is man made he is brain washing hindu's with his hindutva philosophy and Muthalik's supports are illitrate, most of them are school outs, goondas and unemployed it is easy for him to wash their brains but you will not find any educated and smart Hindus there.

Becouse educated people (hindus specially) hate him they are talikng against him and therefore, I beg with each and every Mangaloreans please do not listen to him, live peacefully as we were before let us enjoy all our festivals like ashtami, chawthi, christmas & eid and do not devide our Mangalore on religious grounds. Please be wise and do not allow any terrorist to enter our city. If we leave these goondas like this to grow without taking any actions to ban them, then it will be very difficult for us to live in Mangalore in future.

If you notice, the general feeling from everybody is that he is just nuisance. But when he dares the State, then it is time for some tough action. Failing which, one day he would join the likes of the one eyed Mullah Omar.... hiding in the Western Ghats, and conducting his terrorist operations.

Are we all to believe, that post committing a crime, you can be safe if you have a piece of saffron cloth on your shoulders. Even a saffron lungi would keep the police and the State at bay. Watch every one of these. They hide themselves in something so pure as a saffron cloth, which has genuinie Hindu sentiments. All this shows complete inaction by the police and the Government. The peace of this beautiful city of Mangalore is being ruined by just one man. What a shame.

Mr. Muthalik, please understand the fact that, from now on if any party seeks your support will certainly lose the election. BJP understood that well in time and trying to sideline your group. Be smart.

Hindutva is not a asset of so called RSS, DB or SRS... Real hindutva should be a community combined by billava, bunts, okkaliga... Sanghas!!! These atleast work towards the development of their resp community! Parties come to power on Hindutva or so called Secularism - and forget abt it once dey are in pwr.. I think only Modi is an exception for that - atleast he stands on his words..

Lets throw the challengelet Rama Sene put him up as an Independent candidate for the fortcoming elections to the LS if he wins then we all know our goose is cooked, but if he loses will he just dissappear from the district or may be even the state. Lets call his bluff.

Its shocking to know that person like Mutalik has dared and challenged the law of the land and the "STATE". The State government must act tough and throw this man and his army behind bars. Does the State Government have the spine and will to confront this "Frankenstein Monster" ? or will Yeddiyurappa's inexperienced government buckle under pressure. lets wait and watch!!!!

why not we propose Pramod Muthlik, leader, Sri Rama Sena to contest in MP Election this time if he has any guts , he only talk and give speeches in front of his own people..... Dose he knows anything about economy, or current market.. hindutava doesn’t solve common peoples need.... may be he is happy with what he lives at the movement.. Younger generation's life style, thinking, is different compare to older generation and they are the future of India. They need everything in India as a whole, so that everyone can enjoy their life style as per their requirement … I think Rama sene’s support is not required to any one in this coming election. Because people are very smart (younger, professional in cities) and they know who to vote…!!! Only village level rama sene or any other party can make fool villagers for the sake of vote… city level they can’t fool any one in this election………….so all the best to rama sene…..and Muthlik
