Mangaluru: 'Aradhana Sambhrama’ held in city, honourary awards conferred

Mangaluru, Mar 18: Veteran actress Vinaya Prasad inaugurated 'Aradhana Sambhrama 2019' and Moghasale Sharadamma Yaksha award ceremony here at TV Raman Pai hall on Sunday, March 17, organised by Aradhana Charitable Trust.

Prior to the formal function, there was Bharatanatyam performance by actress Namitha Desai and her team. Soon after the formal function, singing jugalbandi event was held by singer Puttur Narasimha Nayak, Ajay Warrier and Rashmi.

Senior Yakshagana artiste Sujana Sullia conferred with Mogasale Sharadamma Yaksha award. 

                        

 

Aradhana honourary awards were conferred on Puttur Narasimha Nayak (singing), Narayana Murthy (medicine), Dr Mogasale Kanthavara (writer), Shantha Mallesh Rao (model lady), Jeevanram Sullia (theatre), Eshwar Bhat (Social work), Balakrishna Vaidhya (folk), Sumangala Rathnakara (Yakshagana), Harekala Haajabba (Education) and Shivshankar Bhat (religious).

President of Aradhana Charitable Trust Aruna Bhat welcomed the gathering. RJ Prasanna compered the event.

Dharmadarshi Sri kshetra Bappanadu Harikrishna Punarooru, director of Aradhana Charitable Trust Raveesha Tantri, eminent writer Vasanth Bharadwaj Kabbinale, president of Daasa Sahitya Parishad Gururaj, BJP spokesperson Sulochana Bhat and others were present.
