    this issue is so serious issue & lost one of the young guy. As saying its not so easy to change the company as per their own commitments. Nowadays young employess by work pressue or depression they take step to end their life. I belive this is not the solution to their problem. Need to be patience & wait for a right opportunity. Try to find the solutions. Every private company has to be start counceling centre in HRD dept, non profit organisation or govt to take charge over this dept. This department must focus & take neccessary action against work burden, sexual harrase, torture by seniors or manager,rational, linguistic partiality, drug eddict, misbehaviour by coworker etc etc.

    All IT company's follow use and throw mentality. Don't join or send your children to IT company. All IT Jobs are virtualized or Artificial intelligence taking over. All Hardware devices are moving to cloud and there automatons will maintain them. Software jobs ate in freeze. Only app TEST jobs are there in mkt
    Most of the employee working in IT companies are in fear of loosing their jobs any time. Company says re- skilling will help to get job but to what extent ?? Currently situation is very bad. Last week in Mangalore one guy lost his life due to mental pressure.

    Very sad.Poor mother .She brought him up and gave her best for his education well bieng.Now she is left back only with heartache and sadness Heartfelt sympathy to the family.we notice these days many these IT people and many in a responsible positions are very much under pressure,or depressed.,and suecides are gone high.I feel companys should make it a point that their employers get some freetime to divert their mind .Instead of continues work without interval ,interval of half an hour after four hours work,or a hour.Salary is not everything.May his soul rest in peace.

    @Jossey
    U knw for everything u can blame for the government and do you knw the mental pressure what IT guys face now a days reaching targets is a big deal and recently Deepak Barke frm the same company did the same.
    Keep it in the mind every1
    IT's are not government firm and it is a private firm. The wrk environment where we wrk is full of boot lickers and who are straight and obedient will not be recognized . This is one situation and there are lots of instances.
