Mangaluru: Bike-car accident at Kavoor Junction – rider seriously injured

Mangaluru, Jan 6: A youth suffered serious injuries after his bike rammed into a car at Kavoor Junction on Sunday. January 6.

The identity of the injured person is not yet known. He has been admitted to a private hospital.

As per eyewitness, rider lost control of his bike while overtaking a bus and hit the car which was heading towards Kuloor and taking a turn into the road leading to Bondel.

A case has been registered in Kavoor police station.

    Why do these small bikes overspeed?.Is it a ego Issue. See the end result.The same thing with cars who do not follow any road discipline. Frequent lane cutting and tail gating. Not following any lane but driving at the centre of the road. Why do not police discipline them instead of stopping vehicles only for licence checking?.

    I tell you why in India these things happening.
    Driving schools do not teach everything of driving.
    Authorities do not take proper test before issuing driving Licence
    And drivers on the road think that the one who comes from the left has the priority.
    The one comes from the right has the priority. And the one who come from the centre also as the priority. All of them create a deadlock in the round abouts. Then traffic police comes to rescue them.
