Kundapur, Sep 25: The Digvijaya rally of the final stage of Laxmindra Theertha Swamiji, who was on Chaturmaasa Vratha, was held on Monday, September 24. The rally from Kundapur city included stub images, dance troupe, bhajans and Kerala’s Chende drummers. Ganiga community members who arrived from Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and Uttara Kannada took part in thousands.
Kundapur taluk Ganiga Seva Sangha president Kogga Ganiga, secretary K Bhasker, treasurer Parameshwar G B, Laxman of Vyasaraja Seva trust, secretary Srinivas Ganiga, Ganapayya Ganiga, social leader Ramesh Ganiga Kollooru, Sudhir Pandith Kumbhasi and others took part.
Laxmindra Theertha Swamiji had arrived to Kundapur on August 1 from Bengaluru base math. Several religious and cultural programmes were held every day between August 1 and September 24. Those included Asheervachana, Padapooje, Mudradharane and Mantrakshathe. Anna Santarpane was held every day.
Shree will travel back to Bengaluru on September 25.
The rally was attractive. Women proceeded with Poornakumbha while Laxmindra Theertha was seen blessing devotees from specially decorated vehicle.
