Mangaluru, Aug 3: Kannada film ‘Katheyondu Shuruvagide’ produced by Rakshit Shetty which released on Friday, August 3, has turned out to be a special and a different love story in Sandlawood.
The film, directed by Senna Hegde, and produced by Rakshit Shetty and Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah, under the banner Paramvah Studios and Pushkar Films has Diganth Manchale as Tarun, Pooja Devariya as Tanya, Babu Hirannaiah as Shankar Murthy, Aruna Balaraj as Radha Murthy, Prakash K Thuminadu as Kutty, Ashwin Rao Pallakki as Pedro, Shreya Anchan as Swarna, and Raghu Ramanakoppa as Ramanna. The film also features Mime Ramdas, and Mandya Jayaram.
A young resort owner, Tarun, is going tough time to run his business and tries to deal with disappointments, failures, and struggles of his life. In this situation, he meets Tanya, at a resort. Tanya is just out of a break-up. Tarun and Tanya go around the city and exchange their stories of life. How things turn out thereafter is for the audience to watch.
Babu Hirannaiah as Shankar Murthy and Aruna Balaraj as Radha Murthy have played excellent roles in parallel to the bonding between the lead actors. The other characters played by Shreya Anchan, Ashwin Rao Pallakki and Prakash K Tuminadu in the film are tailor-made which ease into the audience’s minds smoothly.
In the technical aspects of the film, there is some extraordinary cinematography by Sreeraj Raveendran and team, who have shot the film completely using a multicam set up with Arri Alexa SXT and Arri Alexa Mini cameras. Four melodious songs in the film with Sachin Warrier’s music, relax your mood.
