Panaji, Sep 30: Panaji Bench of Bombay High Court on September 6 will decide whether Samson D'Souza, main accused in british teenager death case, can remain out on bail or will be re-arrested.   

The High court today allowed Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file additional grounds against Samson in next four days.

The CBI, which his probing the case, had filed the petition against the bail order which came for hearing today. The court adjourned the case till Monday when final verdict would be pronounced on the CBI's appeal.

Samson, prime accused in Scarlett Eden Keeling death case, was released on the bail by Goa Children's Court. The court had said that there is no material on record to connect Samson to the crime.

The CBI officials confirmed that they will seek to cancel samson's bail given by city lower court's earlier orders which had said tht there is prima facie sufficient material to connect accused with the crime.

Samson, a bar-tenderer working with a shack where Scarlett had visited, was the last person to be seen with the deceased.

British prime witness Micheal Mannion in his testimony had said that he had seen Samson lying on Scarlett behind the shack hours before her dead body was found.
