Udupi, Apr 22: Kaup MLA Vinay Kumar Sorake addressed a conference of Kaup block north zone activists held at Hiriadka Devadiga auditorium. In his addressal he stated, “Substantial development has been accomplished at Hiriadka. However, it is necessary for several other works to be done. I will raise Kaup to a higher standard on national level in the country if given another opportunity."
