With the arrival of Modi, the election field will be different.
Stage set for arrival of Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had visited the state thrice before the announcement of the election date and participated in huge rallies that were held in Bengaluru, Davanagere and Mysuru and attacked the Congress government of the state led by chief minister Siddaramaiah viciously in his speeches. However, after the announcement of the election date by the election commission, Modi has not paid any visit to the state.
BJP leaders are waiting for the arrival of Modi. It is learned that once the list of BJP candidates for the assembly elections is finalized, Modi-mania is going to begin. Modi's campaign will start from the second week of April. BJP believes that it will reach the 150 seat mark with the magic of Modi.
More than 10 rallies to be held
The strategy of BJP is to make Modi address more than 10 rallies and woo the voters. The party is finalizing the details of the place, date and time of these rallies. The plan is to conduct rallies in coastal Karnataka, Mumbai Karnataka, Hyderabad Karnataka, Bengaluru and Central Karnataka regions. Special attention will be given to areas where BJP is weak. The party intends to create the Modi wave similar to the one that was created during assembly elections of Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh.
