Bantwal: Dazzling Star Nite marks Vittal Panchalingeshwara Temple annual event

Bantwal, Jan 24: A dazzling 'Star Nite' marked the 8th annual fair of Vittal Panchalingeshwara Temple here on Monday January 22. The event, organized by Panchashree Group, comprised a delectable entertainment including Rasamanjari, Nrithya Vaibhava and several other cultural performances.

Krishnayya K of Vittal palace lauded Panchashree Group and said that it has done a commendable job for the last eight years in hosting the variety entertainment programme.

Aryans dance crew from Mangaluru entertained the gathering with sizzling performances. Film actors Anup Sagar, Aradhya Shetty, Tulu superstar Saurabh Bhandary, Umil film’s Pooja Shetty, Umesh Mijar and others captivated the audience with their brilliant performances. Bale Telipale group led by Deepak Rai of Maskiri Kudla had the crowd roaring with laughter. Acts by Hitesh Kapinadka and Anish of Kiladigalu fame were truly enjoyable.

Spiritual dancer Shekar was felicitated on the occasion.

Sangeetha Rasamanjari led by Sathish Bannanje charmed the audience. Ravindra Prabhu, Jyothsna, Vidya, Kerala’s Farid, Divya and Sandesh provided musical entertainment with their songs. Sharmila and Madhuraj compered the programme in their usual peppy style.

Social activist Ashok Kumar Rai Kodimbadi, district BJP unit chief secretary Brijesh Chowta, BJP leader Kishore Kumar Puttur, advocate Jayarama Rai, Radhakrishna Chelladka, social worker Ravichandra, Bharath Shamiyana’s Sanjiva Poojary, R K Art’s Rajesh Vittal, Vittal government school’s headmaster Vishwanath H, town panchayat member Krishna Vittal and others were present.
