Mumbai, Nov 27 (IANS): The key Indian equity indices on Monday was trading lower in the afternoon session on Monday.
The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex), was trading 131.97 points or 0.39 per cent lower, while the wider 50-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was trading 43.10 points or 0.41 per cent lower at 10,346.60 points.
The Sensex of the BSE, which opened at 33,640.51 points, was trading at 33,547.27 points (at 1.14 p.m.), lower 131.97 points or 0.39 per cent from last trading day's close at 33,679.24 points.
The Sensex touched a high of 33,661.33 points and a low of 33,540.46 points in the trade so "ar.
"The BSE Sensex opened lower on Monday against the previous'session's closing.
