Bengaluru, Sep 27: "Being in the position of a state's chief minister, Siddramaiah has failed to maintain the dignity and decorum of the post and have control over how and what he has been speaking. He has been uttering whatever comes to his mind without considering whether his utterandes are appropriate or not," commented former chief minister and state BJP chief, B S Yeddyurappa.
Yeddyurappa was responding to Siddaramaiah's comment that Yeddyurappa and BJP do not have the 'meter' to waive farm loans.
"Siddaramaiah is intoxicated with power and position. He fails to realize the importance of the position he has been occupying now. He is under the illusion that he would again be the chief minister of Karnataka. I hope that he will at least now learn to keep in mind the sanctity of the august post he has been occupying and speak respectfully," he added.
About 'Navakarnataka Nirmana Parivartana Rath Yatra',Yeddyurappa said that the yatra will begin on November 2 as Kanada Rajyotsava is celebrated on November 1.
