People will blame today and forget ! concerned flat owners has to take a decision with the builder and builder has to make sure that customer should get a permanent solution also for neighborhood apartments, because builder will not be there after defect liability period. customer going to suffer as they are leading the association. also credai members has to involve with this issue and should take an call with builder (if COMES UNDER CREDAI Mangalore )

First of all One must blame Mangalore corporation by giving permission to build a flat in front of Heritage "Tagore park", Corrupt corporaters might have gained huge money to give permission to such big flat,....I still remember those days I used to sit with my family in Tagore park watching Direct see view ....
Do u really think people who booked the flat in this sky high apartment will occupy this flat, definitely not its really nightmare to them .....Anytime it may collapse..... God must save Smart City

Don't blame heavy rain for its all about unscientific wall construction. Some of the Indian construction work is worse than even that of African countries. Shame to the one who approved such wall.

It was expected when the City center Mall was under construction. The adjacent residents have raised objection as the hill was cut, dug up and after objections raised the owners provided a wall with boulder stones. Definitely if rains continue like this the nearby residentials flats may also collapse. and the life of the residents will be in danger. Better they shift to some other place for their safety.

good observation. Broken RCC columns can be seen. Pathetic.

Then should take urgent repair of the wall.. otherwise more landslides possible.

Wow ! Retention wall on such dangerous terrain is built using only RCC columns and cement blocks. Structural engineer for this project definitely deserves an award. Less said the better about MCC engineering department who approved this. People in the apartment may have to pray everyday.

That is the place where kids take rounds while riding cycle... with god's grace no casualties.... if I am not wrong then it had happend once during the past monsoon and a case was filed by the apartment association against the new builder... Again it got repeated.. but this time impact is too much...

R.S.Fernandes,she didnt construct the building ,but better to see and why and who approved the the construction work without looking into it .So that the person can be taken to task.(Ingineuer ,and Architect.)How long it is now constructed and garantie for how many years.? Before giving ok,MCM has to approve of dangers and scales isnt it?It looks very bad for the flats nearby.Afraid of just the underconstruction is (Basic)slip off.Hope they start to make it strong basic immediately after rain slowdown.

One day that building also might collapse. Very poor quality of work. Need to get hold of engineer/contractor and also the builders for this menace.

Sri, Insurance company will bear the repair cost of the car. Thank God for no casualty. Car can be repaired or brought new. My worry is what about the building's safety. Is it strong enough to withhold the natures fury?
