Bantwal, Sep 8: Police personnel from the local station took into custody a journalist, Imthiaz Thumbay, into custody on Thursday September 7.
The police said that he was taken into custody in connection with a report he prepared about the search conducted by the police in the house of Kalandar, accused in Sharath Madiwala murder case, at Panolibail Neelya, Sajipamunnur on September 1 this year.
