Bengaluru, Aug 30: BJP state president, B S Yeddyurpapa, said that materials and documents relating to corruption scandals with which chief minister, Siddaramaiah, is involved, are being pooled together. He said that a charge sheet against the chief minister containing integrated details of his wrongdoings will soon be printed and distributed to households in the state.
Speaking to media persons before the party's Slum Morcha executive went under way at the BJP office here on Tuesday August 29, Yeddyurappa claimed that Siddramaiah has been indulging in large scale corruption, which has become a stumbling block in development of the state.
"Siddaramaiah claims his administration to be clean and transparent. I will unmask this facade and lay bare his true persona in front of the people," he asserted.
Yeddyurappa explained that it has been decided to undertake transformation tour for building Karnataka with renewed vigour for bringing the party back to power in Karnataka. "This Yatra will continue for two months across all the assembly constituencies in the state. "We will invite Prime Minister, Narendra Modi or BJP national president, Amit Shah, to inaugurate this Rath Yatra," he stated.
He said that discussions were already held with central leaders towards entering into an agreement outside the tribunal on the issue of sharing water of Mahadayi river. "A BJP delegation will soon meet Goa chief minister, Manohar Parikkar, and make effort to convince him to reach an undersanding by holding discussions in a harmonious environment," he disclosed.
