A man who was working hard, day and night lost his life for no fault of his but because of someones enjoyment and grave carelessness.

I think rule has to be put in place to give substantial blood money to the deceased family by whoever has caused the accident.

RIP Praveen. Catch the other occupants in the car and put all of them behind bar. Lots of Mallu's are spending Gulf money enjoying college life. This could be one of those cases enjoying week end and ramming into a poor people like Praveen who is waiting for passengers at night to earn a living. Look at the difference between rich and poor. I hope the culprits are given severe punishment and Mr. Praveen's family gets deserving compensation.

So sad.It happened again ,met a hard working person.feel sorry. Now first cancel licence of arrested person (if any)and never give back.Make him pay a good amount of money from his pocket to the deceased family.he should say sorry to the family.I would have appriciated when public could thrash him on the spot ,instead of thrashing some innocent people thinking they carry some meat. Now a innocent person is dead and he is alive.Dont allow him to comeout of jail.life long should be given.no pardon. We know our judicery.some money there and some money here.he will be as innocent may comeout.May the soul of deceased rest in peace .Heartfelt sympathy to the family.

Almost a year back I had read about moral policing on a student couple in Mangalore with one being from Kashmir & other being from Kanyakumari & they were let go because they were outside the scope of the outfit & they even produced some documents. My advice to the parents who are working in the gulf for long years, not to leave their kids in the care of nanny while they are small & then enrolling them into professional courses after higher secondary. The children need love & affection of their parents which can't be bought with money.

RIP Praveen. May his soul rest in peace.
Same kind of incident happend to me last month at lalbagh signal junction at 1000pm . I was going to drop my family to manglore central rlwy station. A brown colour ritz came in wrong side opposite to me at the lalbagh signal junction. The driver of that ritz was rude and was using abusive language inspite of he coming in wrong direction. He started to abbuse and He didnt even bother that there was a 6yr old child and my wife with me.
Manglore peoples are good at heart and Manglore is a very nice place to live. But Such reckless and antisocial elements are spoiling the name of Manglore.
