Mangaluru, Jun 13: As many as 26 students of Alva's Pre-University College have passed JEE Advance examination 2017 and have become eligible for IIT, said Dr M Mohan Alva, president of Alvas Education Foundation in a press conference.
M Chetan, Shashank U, Yashas H L Vaibhav, V Athani, Mrithyunjay Rajendra have passed in CRL division, Vaibhav V Athani, Vikas G S, Shashank S, Shravan Y R, Ashwas A, Shivakumar V K, Snehal R L, Hemanth K S have passed under OBC category, Ranjith K, Nagaraj, Ravi Kiran R T, Suresh V, in SC division, Ujwal H P, K Sakshi, Vishnu Prasad T R, Akash in ST division and Nithin B, Pavan D, Varshitha S M, Prathik D P, Deepa S Chingari, Supraja K S are selected in ST preparatory division.
Dr Mohan Alva said that the efforts of the students and planning of experts who trained them has made the college proud.
