MIT Kundapur holds ninth graduation day

Kundapur, Sep 25: “Graduation Day is not an end of your study. Learning is continuous and your mindset to learn will transform you. It is another step forward towards success and more towards the goal,” said Dr H Shantharam, Administrative Officer of Academy of General Education, Manipal.

He was speaking at ninth Convocation Day Celebration at Moodlakatte Institute of Technology Kundapur on Saturday September 24.

The session started with academic procession and invocation. Chief guest Dr H Shantharam, Administrative Officer of Academy of General Education, Manipal inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.

Guest of honour, Dr H Rama Mohan, director of Karnataka Bank shared his graduation memories of his college days and inspired students to be generous in all walks of their life.

Dr H Shantharam and Dr H Rama Mohan distributed degree certificates to ninth batch students of 2015-16.

Presiding over the function, principal Dr Mohan Das Bhat S called upon the students to maintain positive attitude in tough times. Students from different departments talked about the life at Moodlakatte Institute of Technology.

Prof Satish S Amsadi welcomed the gathering. Prof Seema Saxena HOD of MBA department proposed the vote of thanks. Poojashree BP and Manjunath compered the program.

All HODs of various departments congratulated graduating students of 2016 batch. Faculty members, non-teaching staff and students of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology were present on the occasion.
