Seville (Spain), July 28 (IANS): Italian striker Ciro Immobile has moved to Rome-based club Lazio after a poor football season with Sevilla, where he arrived last summer from Borussia Dortmund.
Immobile played 15 games with Sevilla in which he scored four goals, after which he went on loan last season to Torino, which did not exercise the purchase option and returned him to Sevilla.
The Spanish outfit announced 26-year-old Immobile's departure on Wednesday, reports Efe.
The Italian striker, 26, is now part of the set coached by Simone Inzaghi. He is the fourth to leave Sevilla after Polish Grzegorz Krychowiac, who was transferred to Paris Saint-Germain, Argentine Ever Banega who moved to Inter Milan and Jose Antonio Reyes who left for Espanyol.
