Bengaluru, Nov 15 (IANS): Showers washed out the morning session of play without a ball being bowled on Day 2 of the second cricket Test between India and South Africa at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Sunday.
India, at 80 for no loss, were trailing South Africa by 134 runs at the end of Day 1's play with openers Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan batting on 28 and 45 respectively.
Earlier, India bowled South Africa out for 214 runs in the first innings.
