Chabbewal (Punjab), Jul 28: Starlet Monica Bedi, reunited with her family here after spending nearly two years in prison, has said she is keen on making a comeback to Bollywood as she wants to work with Amitabh Bachchan.
Noting that some political parties had approached her while she was in prison in Hyderabad, Monica said she had no desire to join politics as her sights were fixed on films.
"Some politicians approached me during my stay at Hyderabad's Chanchalguda prison. But I have no intention to join politics," she told PTI at her ancestral home in this village.
"No one from my family was ever into politics," she said.
She felt returning to acting is the best career option for her. "I have received offers to play key roles in four Hindi, six Telugu and two Punjabi films."
"Negotiations with the producers are on and I shall decide on the offers after I finish going though the scripts," she said.
