Chennai, July 6 (IANS): Filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli, the man behind one of India's biggest motion picture "Baahubali", will collaborate with superstar Mahesh Babu for a Telugu project, which was announced a few years ago.
"Mahesh and Rajamouli were supposed to team up a few years ago, but the project got delayed. As soon the second part of 'Baahubali' releases next year, both are expected to start working on the film," a source told IANS.
The source said the project may go on floors towards the end of 2016.
"Rajamouli will resume shoot on the remaining portion of second part of 'Baahubali' from September. As soon as the second part releases, he will start work on his film with Mahesh Babu," the source added.
The film will be produced by K.L. Narayana.
Meanwhile, Mahesh will complete shooting for Sreekanth Addala's family drama "Brahmotsavam" and a yet-untitled project with Puri Jagannadh, before joining hands with Rajamouli.
