Mumbai, Jun 28: Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor have wowed the audiences with their sleek moves and makers are dancing their way to the bank as ABCD 2 continues to attract increased footfalls in cinema theatres. The movie has already grossed over 100 crores since its release , barely 10 days ago, on the 19th of June.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, tweeted his views, "#ABCD2 biz multiplies on Sat. [Week 2] Fri 3.71 cr, Sat 5.77 cr. Total: ₹ 81.51 cr. India biz. VERY GOOD!"(sic). Remo D'souza's second dance based directorial venture has accrued close to Rs 82 crores in domestic sales and close to 120 crore rupees in the international market.
Starring dance maestro Prabhu Deva and the accomplished dancing team from ABCD 1 the film is on a roll, and looks like the cash registers will continue to ring for quite some time to come. The central story is said to be based on the real-life events that happened to a group of dancers from Nala Sopara who competed internationally and won.
