Kudos to you Dr. Ishwar for promoting a healthy lifestyle. Yoga is an ancient art to keep healthy and I am happy to observe that you are indeed playing a lead role. At a very ripe old age I too am having recourse to YOGA every day starting at 4.30 in the morning. This is the secret of my keeping healthy at this age.

I am thankful to Padma Bushan Dr. B.M. Hegde for encouraging me to take up this exercise for healthy living.
