Caitlyn Jenner learning from others

Los Angeles, June 8 (IANS): Former Olympian and reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner, who was known as Bruce Jenner before her gender transformation, says she is learning from those who have "walked the path" before her.

She posted her first candid photograph from her Twitter account on Saturday with the image showing her and five other women from behind with their arms around one another, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

She captioned the image, which was taken in front of a swimming pool and featured her in the centre, as: "Learn from those who have walked the path before you. #TransIsBeautiful #LivingOurTruth #JustTheBeginning (sic)."

While it is unclear where the photograph was taken, Caitlyn has been spending time in San Francisco for a Human Rights Campaign (HRC) event.

She tweeted earlier this week about the organisation, who campaign for LGBT equality: "Learned so much this week spending time in SF at the @HRC Human Rights Campaign. Unbelievably moving. Can't wait to share more with you."

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star launched her Twitter account last week as she debuted her new identity in Vanity Fair magazine, and quickly broke a record for amassing a million followers on the social networking website.

Within hours of opening her account, she wrote: "Another Jenner world record, and at 65? Who'da thought! Humbled & honored to have reached 1M followers in 4 hrs. Thank you for your support."
