Mangaluru, May 2 (DHNS): The Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) has bagged second place in overall customer satisfaction with a rating of 4.82 in the round III (January 2015 - June 2015) in a survey carried out at all the 53 airports in India.
MIA’s last year rating was 4.65 in the round II (June 2014 to December 2014) and 4.38 in round I (January 2014 to June 2014). The Chandigarh airport has received the highest rating of 4.84 followed by Mangaluru and Raipur airports in the second position, with 4.82, respectively. The Dehradun airport is at the third position with a rating of 4.79 points.
“It is indeed a remarkable achievement of MIA, in terms of passenger felicitation and overall performance of the airport,” said MIA Director J T Radhakrishna in a press release.
