Ranbir Katrina's 'Jagga Jasoos' to release in Nov instead of Aug

Mumbai, Mar 30: Jagga Jasoos starring Ranbir and Katrina, will now release on the 27th of November instead of the previously scheduled date in August of 2015. The delay is said to be because Ranbir Kapoor wanted some of the scenes to be redone.

While the actor wished for some scenes to be shot again, he did not, allegedly want the release date to be postponed. But if the scenes are re-shot the subsequent post production will take time as well and therefore the date has been changed. The date had been changed once before to avoid clashing with the release of another movie 'Phantom' which is Katrina's movie.

Jagga Jasoos apparently has Bollywood's most talked about couple coming together as a detective and his aide who go looking for the detectives father. Ranbir who plays the detective in the movie, has sequences that will showcase his life from a young age and his subsequent quest for his father, played by Govinda. Katrina Kaif is believed to have taken on Krav Maga classes in her preparation for her role in the film.

Hopefully the movie will not be delayed any further. Directed by Anurag Kashyap, it is the second film for Ranbir and Anurag this year and the shooting for both the films is said to have carried on simultaneously. Anurag and Ranbir, both are the producers of 'Jagga Jasoos'.
