Los Angeles, Feb 28 (IANS): Radio presenter Fearne Cotton has announced she is pregnant with her second child, and that she has decided to leave BBC Radio 1 after 10 years of presenting on the station.
Cotton, 33, who already has two-year-old son Rex with husband Jesse Wood, revealed the news in a statement on her website, although she did not reveal when they are expecting the baby to be born, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Jesse and I are very happy to announce we are having another baby. I feel extremely blessed and happy that Rex will be a big brother, and we get to welcome another Wood into the world," she wrote.
She even confirmed her decision to leave the station, on which she presents the 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekday show.
"It has also been a time of big decisions and one I want to share with you now. After much time and careful thought I have decided to leave Radio 1 after ten amazing years.
"I have had the most incredible decade broadcasting on Radio 1, meeting wonderful people, helping break artists and watching live music from the world's best."
