Los Angeles, Feb 2 (IANS): Socialite Kris Jenner has reportedly called for a “family intervention” after it was announced that her former husband Bruce Jenner was planning to star in a new show documenting his “transition” into woman.
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star is said to have been on a holiday in Paris when she heard the news and now wants to meet all her family members to know what all is going on, reports hollywoodlife.com.
“She's preparing a family intervention and she means business. Paris was supposed to be fun but it's turned into Kris's worst nightmare because of all the drama back home and she's not there to control it,” the source said.
The 59-year-old, who has daughters Kourtney Kardashian, 35, Khloe Kardashian, 30, and Kim Kardashian West, 34, from a previous marriage as well as Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17, with Bruce, is also worried that her daughters have been keeping her “in the dark” about the former athlete’s plans.
“Kris understands Bruce has a story to tell but she feels the girls need to let her in on what's going on with their father so she can help the situation," the source said.
"She's used to having the authority and knowing everything that's going on in her family's life but when it comes to Bruce and the phases and changes he's going through, she's in the dark,” the source added.
