Nairobi, Jan 7 (IANS): Kenya will stage the volleyball Africa Nations Cup men's competition in May and women's in June here.

"It is an honour for the Confederation of African Volleyball ( CAVB) to grant us the rights to host the Africa Cup. It gives the country an advantage to compete at the World Cup," said Evans Wasike, the Kenya Volleyball Federation secretary general.
The women's World Cup will be held in Japan while the men' s event will be staged in Poland.
Both tournaments will be in November, where the top four teams will be the first to secure automatic qualification for the 2016 Rio Olympics Games.
