New Delhi, Dec 22 (IANS): If you wish to play secret Santa to an underprivileged family during Christmas, you can do it via Haptik app, which has tied up with E-daan so that people can donate educational books and warm clothes to an NGO in their city.

Those interested can download the app, send a message on the Haptik Handle with the details of what they'd like to donate and then share details of their address. E-Daan would then get their network NGOs to get in touch with you to collect the donation right from your doorstep at a convenient time.

With this initiative, Haptik aims to make help more accessible with just a message.

"In sync with that, we thought it only made sense doing this charity drive along with e-Daan for Christmas. Secret Santa has always been a big thing, we thought of extending this concept for the underpriviledged to make Christmas a little merrier and warmer with each message," Aakrit Vaish, co-founder and CEO, Haptik, said in a statement.
