Mangaluru, Dec 16: Mangalore Catholic Cooperative Bank (MCC), Ashoknagar branch held customers' meet at St Dominic Church hall recently.
St Dominic Church Parish priest Fr Walter Rodrigues blessed the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, chief guest and senior customer Devi Prasad Rao recollected his rapport with the bank staff for many years and appreciated the service and cooperation of the bank staff.
Director, Dr Judith Pinto explained the importance of customer's meet. She said customers meet was held in order to create an opportunity for the customers to voice out their suggestions and opinions.
Bank's president Francis Cutinho conducted the interactive session with the customers. He assured that necessary facilities will be given in the bank to attract customers, well wishers, investors and youth in order to compete with other banks.
Cutinho informed that as the capital has increased to Rs 25 crores, facilities could be created for non resident Indians and new branches will be opened.
Many customers present in the meeting expressed their opinions and appreciation and cleared their doubts.
General Manager Raj F Menezes, vice-president Alwyn Patrao, director Avitas A Cutinho, D J Patrao and Archibald Menezes were present.
