Udupi, Dec 3: Chaya Chetana, an amateur Photographer's Association had conducted 5th state level photography competition recently.

The above photo by Udupi based press photographer Hemanath Padubidri has won the first prize under the catergory 'Happy Moments'.

This is his third consecutive first prize.
