Udupi, Oct 22: Little Rock Indian School Brahmavar became the Udupi zonal champions at the State Rural IT Quiz 2006 held recently. The zonal final quiz event was held at Town Hall Ajjarkad
The Little Rock team comprising Karthik Hebbar C and Pavan Kumar Holla obtained 65 points beating Brahmavar SMS PU college team.
The quiz contest is being held for the consecutive seven years by State Information Technology Department in association with TATA Consultancy Services Ltd. Students from STD 8 to II PU are eligible to participate in the contest.
In 2003 and 2004, Little Rock Indian School Brahmavar was the state champions. This year the grand finale will be held on Oct 29 in Bangalore.
