Invest in goodwill, suggests KJo


Mumbai, Dec 30 (IANS): For filmmaker Karan Johar, “goodwill” is the “only property” where one should invest to reap “endless” returns.

He took to Twitter to share the philosophy that his late father taught him.

“My father always told me goodwill is the only property to invest in...the returns are endless,” Karan posted on the microblogging site Monday.

The filmmaker's projects have enjoyed a good run at the box office this year. He produced “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani” and presented “The Lunchbox”.

Post '24', Mandira gorges on sweets

Her role as a government agent Nikita Rai in "24" required her to remain fit as a fiddle, but now that the TV show is over, Mandira Bedi is going easy on her strict diet.
The actress relished chocolate after a long time.

“I'm eating sweet today (Monday) after more than six months. So I woke up at 7 a.m. and have systematically consumed six bars of chocolate already, before 7:30,” Mandira posted on microblogging site Monday morning.

The 41-year-old says she will now workout only next year now.

“Exercise and me...we'll be friends again in 2014,” she said.

Lara on family holiday for New Year

Actress Lara Dutta will bring in the New Year with her family, with whom she has taken off on a holiday.

The actress took to Twitter to share her plans and she even wished all her fans a Happy New Year.

“Taking off with the family for the end of the year! Wishing all of you a super, bumper 2014! Thank you for being here,” Lara posted on the microblogging site Monday.

Lara, who is married to tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi, has a 16-month-old daughter Saira.
