Mangalore, Apr 8: The II JMFC court on Wednesday April 5 has issued a proclamation against the 4 persons accused in the Polali Anantu murder case.

Polali Anantu was hacked to death by Mulki Rafique and 7 others at Polali Gate on June 7, 2005.  Though the police had arrested 4 persons and produced them before the court, the remaining 4 including the prime accused Mohammad Rafique alias Mulki Rafique have been absconding since then.

All the efforts made by the police to nab them have gone in vain.  So the court has issued a proclamation against Mohammad Rafique (38) alias Mulki Rafique, Sahul Hameed (25) alias Hameed, son of Sayyad Ali of Ullal, Davood (24), son of Bavu of Ullal and Akbar (31), son of Moidu Kutti of Kavoor.

As per the proclamation, the accused should surrender before the court within 30 days of issuing the proclamation.  If they fail to appear before the court within next 30 days, all their property and wealth will be attached.
